A complete rip off I went with my dog because of a ear infection which happens to be a reoccurring issue every year the bill ended up being over £200 all he needed was antibiotics and ear drops as he as the same issues every time the price breakdown was as follows £43 to see the vet which was fine antibiotics £16 also fine that should have been all £52 to do a swab of ears to see what was wrong ( already got the antibiotics before finding what the issue was same as every time he goes) then was given otodine ear cleaning £24.99 £16 everywhere else and to put the cherry on the cake surolan ear drops £69 £30 everywhere else so what should have £103 ended up being over £200 avoid

Their compassion for us as we lost our pet to a car accident. They were all so kind, respectful and understanding

Nurse was very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly and answered all my questions & concerns promptly and professionally ensuring I understood everting, took time to comfort & reassure my pet prior to her vaccination although this was my first visit to the practice it was welcoming and friendly like I had been a customer for years! Very impressed with the service as I’m new to the area I have decided to register my other pets at this practice.

receptionist put wrong name of my cat Disco instant Biszkopt and book incorrectly appointment time as told me. I came 30 min late unfortunately my first appointment has been refused . I really disappointed for this private practice there is lot of more cheeper vets around Nottingham treat animals better

The staff are lovely and really helpful. Pippa is highly professional and knowledgeable. She has guided me through one of the most stressful situations you can find yourself in as a pet owner. Ollie contracted an autoimmune condition in April 2022 he nearly died. The treatment and support from all at Vets for Pets Clifton is quite simply second to none.Thanks guys you are the bestDebbie

It was our first time visiting and all staff made us feel very welcome and answered all of our questions in depth. They gave us advise and I felt the vet really cared for our puppy which meant a lot.

Friendly and professional.Can't fault the treatment or the service offered.Safeguarding and hygiene are paramount to both staff, customers and patients

This is a sad review for myself, but I couldn’t recommend this practice enough, especially the receptionist & Pippa who I believe is the practice owner.After our own vet couldn’t or wouldn’t see our very sick girl as an emergency due to “no availability” this vets went out of their way to see our beautiful Kia. Unfortunately, we had to make the heartbreaking decision to let our girl cross the rainbow bridge. However, the care & compassion that was put into us as people & our girl was amazing & I really couldn’t of asked for better care.I really can’t thank you enough for the care & support given.From the Albers family & our girl Kia ❤️

Very good practice. When my Soraya was pregnant, she needed an immediate cesarean section. To help the next puppies be born, as three were already at home. Express assistance. Very friendly staff. Subsequent inspection Very good. They saved my beloved girl. Thank you. I recommend.

Found a dog running loose locallyArrived before opening time bit very lucky and kindly of perfect member of staffOpened up and scanned dog very quickly and found owner
