Scam!!!!Ordered a t-shirt over a week ago, haven't received the item, or any acknowledgement that it has been shipped. They also don't reply to emails or answer phone calls.

Called to discuss potential sizing for new order - spoke to a young man who could not have been more helpful. Items arrived promptly and were excellent value for money. It is not often you find someone going above and beyond to be as accommodating at this. Will definitely use again and recommend to others.

At Christmas we supply between 300-500 hats, gloves, socks, t- shirts, hoody’s etc to various soup kitchens in London . Every year we get quotes from various suppliers and Britwear have consistently come up with the best prices with very good thermal quality - so important on the street for the homeless.Their service is amazing and they always generously contribute towards the goods.If they cannot source any items they keep us informed.Keep up the great work guys

No shipment notification or anything for five full days until I contacted them to cancel and they finally decided to do same day delivery. Very very disappointed as it had arrived too late for when I needed it.On their website it states normally shipped within 1-2 working days. I ordered on Monday and it arrived on Saturday.If it said it would take longer to ship, I would have never considered ordering. The information was very misleading.

Bought a pack of 3 pairs of tights off ebay. They arrived. Not in the box, although the box was flat inside the package, but loose in the bag. Not a very good first impression of this company.

Order never received, no answer to phone calls on the land line posted on your page or emails till I discovered the address was a printers Google maps can confirm this. Rang them they gave me mobile no.s to which one was was unobtainable the other I left a message and when I said I had contacted Paypal and asked for refund e mail reply was nearly instant. Said they'd replied, Mmmmm no there is not. All seems very dodgy to me.
