S.R.I Mechanics

I've been using this guy for years now, happy he has his garage now, he's not a mechanic he's a absolute magician. Has extended the life of my previous cars, most recent brought our Honda to him instead of bringing back to the dealer and solved a problem that would had cost us a whole lot more if we brought it to the Honda garage...5 stars, again thank.you very much appreciated and didn't have to wait long.....I'm based in London and will always drive to Reading for his services.

I’ve used the services of Shamim multiple times in the past 5 years. He is very experienced, trustworthy, honest and very professional with his work. He understands the exact problem very well and provides you the best solution at a reasonable price. What I like about him is that he gives you the right advice w.r.t getting parts or regarding the maintenance of your car. Even after I moved out of Reading, i still drive more than an hour to see him whenever I get any issue with my car. I can highly recommend him.

Very reasonable and transparent prices. Good with diagnoses and always explains well with what exactly need doing. And repairs carried out professionally. Mine exhaust welding done on DPF and changed the front wheel bearing.

I had an issue with oil in my coolant...feared the worst,possible head gasket turned out to be the oil cooler.Shamil quickly diagnosed the issue and changed out the cooler within good time.Honest, reliable and didn't rip me off like so many other scam artists.Thanks Shamil would definitely use again.Brett

Excellent service, repaired my daughter's car after it failed it's MOT. Work was completely quickly and at a very reasonable cost. Will definitely use this company again should the need arise.

I had an MOT done on one of my cars next door to here it and unfortunately it failed on corroded rear arms, which to be honest were really bad as shown by the guys. Fearing the worst as the parts where main dealer only we seriously considered scrapping the car as we were looking at a hefty bill being an ex-mechanic. After speaking to the guys who failed the car they recommend me to S.R.I mechanics.After speaking to him he suggested getting in touch with Mitsubishi and go from there. The parts from Mitsubishi were not as bad as I thought and he S.R.I quoted a very reasonable price which we agreed on. That was two years ago since then he has replaced... A turbo, top arms, track rod ends, wheel bearings, drop links... to name a few, if you want quality work at very reasonable prices then give him a call, he is a genuine guy

Had a last minute issue before the MOT with my car, being next door to where I was I popped in to these guys on the off chance they could help with an ABS light. They pretty much got straight to it and a few hours later it was fixed at a very reasonable price. Great guys, can recommend.

Highly recommended - good customer service and good prices. Had my car serviced for Audi A4 and changed Clutch kit, Flywheel which is a (BIG JOB) usually expensive but Sham made a cheaper quote to compare Reading Market rate. Sham kept me updated on the car what is going on and issues. also didn't attempt to pressure me into any unnecessary work. Sham is a man in the Town, best Garage (SRI Mechanics). I will be using him and certainly recommend to my friends and family. Moreover, next door is MOT which is very handy!!! I wish I could give him more than a 5 stars if would possible.. Actually I never bother to give review online and this is my 1st review ever! very impressive with his work!!
