Did the online valuation to sell my car, was very honest detailing every scratch and nick. Car is in very good condition. After inspection, Cazoo knocked almost a grand off the price. I asked why and they proceeded to list the things on the bodywork that I already declared online. Took my car back, absolute waste of time.

Engine management on collection, hand over guy said it was because it was low on fuel. I requested my money back but they assured me it would be fixed and eventually booked it in but they have had the car since (now 4 weeks) and I have no idea what is going on. No answer on the phone, no reply to messages left and no joy with emails. If I get through to the 'head office' I get fobbed off with an empty promise of a soloution. I paid with a bank transfer up front and will never do that again. I should never have trusted them and refused the car. I am currently taking legal advise on how to proceed. The aftersales is shocking. If you use this company you better keep your fingers crossed.

The most horrific experience. Brought my car in hoping to sell on 2 separate occasions. On this second occasion, after spending lots of money on temporary insurance and making the hour journey to this centre, I was told that there was an oil leak coming from the turbo and they therefore would not take the car. I booked my car in to the garage the following day, where I was told by my mechanic that my car doesn’t even have a turbo attachment so how can there be a leak? Cazoo have caused us nothing but trouble, have blatantly lied about a fault with my car and cost me alot in the process. Would not recommend to anyone and certainly won’t be coming back.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. We have been sold a faulty car, have ignored all my complaints and will not help.I have RAC reports and all evidence but they still have not replied. They state 3 month warranty but don't be fooled. I will be making a video to help protect other buyers and will have all the facts on there.Before they state that they want to help in a reply . Here is my case number Case 01621798. Which has also been ignored.I have a family of 6 including a baby and it has cost us so much trouble and they do not care.Be careful and look elsewhere.

I used Cazoo this week to sell my car and my family members have previously used Cazoo before to sell cars. The process was simple and stress-free. I filled in the online form and booked an appointment to drop off the car. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They inspected the car and asked some questions about the vehicle. They confirmed they were happy with the valuation offered online and transferred the money into my account within 30 seconds. No hassle, no unexpected price changes on the day. Completely honest and simple process. I will definitely be back.(Complete opposite of an experience I had at their competitor online selling company, who offered me £1,500 less than their online valuation when I arrived. Do not SELL YOUR CAR at their competitor. By going to cazoo I got much more for my car).

Shocking experience, faults with my car which still haven’t been resolved even over a year later down the line, poor excuses as to trying to acquire a hire car for me whilst my car gets repaired - even down to the severity of one of the faults being my drivers seat belt failing to secure! Trying my best to get rid of this car now, face the financial loss and move forward with a more reliable car dealership.

Possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced, told an SD card was missing and they would arrange for one to be sent out. Engine has an intermittent humming noise which when we took it back their technician said was tyre rub and said there was nothing wrong with it. Having spoke to Audi this is absolutely not the case and was advised that this needs to be looked at. We were told that this an the SD card was booked in with Audi, upon turning up to Audi it was only the SD card that they booked in and had not arranged a courtesy car this meant I had to leave work to pick up my partner. Phoned up to complain and got told they would return my call that day. They didn't. Buy your car elsewhere, it may be a little cheaper but it will save you the head ache in the long run

Terrible from start to finish. Agreed valuations are a lie, customer service is terrible. Value dropped by £2,300 even though at inspection our car was agreed as excellent and the sort of cars they want? Any issues are blamed on the system.The car met the standards of the inspection , as was agreed by the guy representing Cazoo who said it was in excellent condition. The paperwork, mileage, condition and service history were as I'd described., it's a scam to get you there and then for them to get a a cheap car. When pushed no one takes responsibility and hides behind the system.Customer service team aren't interested,sound overworked and lie about calling you back or how to fix a problem.Responses to reviews I've left elsewhere from 'Amy' are pointless, when I call customer service they don't help, and they have no resolution.Do not get involved. Save your time and money and go elsewhere!

I was quite worried about selling my car this way, but I need not have been. Everything was conducted very smoothly and in a nice relaxing way. The car was checked over and they actually found something I did not know about! But only a small fee was required to sort. So I received the amount that was in the quote minus the cost of repair and admin.I cannot praise the company enough the whole thing was handled brilliantly.Thank you.
