Excellent customer service provided.I always come here and the staff and manager always have exceptional customer service. They are always so kind and lovely and the food is always amazing. Would highly recommend to everyone to visit

Needed a little something different and fresh. Had the salmon poke bowl. It was decent and filling. Service is typical fast food - focused on speed instead of niceties.

The customer service here is fantastic - they really take care of you. The food is good and always realible - exactly what you expect from a 'chain' takeaway Sushi. I eat here 1-2 times per week and all because the Team is welcoming and efficient as well as the fact the food is good and consistent. Thank you for a great service and great consistency. You guys are brilliant

I ordered food for take away, the food was horrible. fish in the sushi box were smelling very bad. low quality. Avocado black. I called for refund but the manager of the store was trying to swap the food which I did not want. very bad customer service by them. Waste of money totally.

Brilliant service and the sushi was fresh and delicious, I ordered the spicy rainbow sushi set and explained I wasn't a fan of tuna and the chef created a fresh custom set with just prawns and salmon. Overall a brilliant experience from the food to the service.

Had the Japanese fried chicken bowl, it was a generous portion size and the chicken was crispy and hot! Wonderful customer service and a nice little eating area perfect for a meal for 1

Fantastic, friendly spot for sushi. The sushi is fresh and I like the different combos. Small sitting area to dine in or I did takeaway. Everything was packed up nicely for my short walk.
