My wife and I visited this quirky wee place on day 5 of our cycling the Hebridean way (we figured that 150 miles of thigh crunching was sufficiently deserving of a cake or three!! The bakes were outstanding, my expectations were high but this was another level.My wife expressed to Imogen who accomplices all the brilliant baking with her mum in their home that it was easily best coffee (flat white) and cake (angel cake) she had ever eaten. High praise indeed coming from a extremely discerning cake eating coffee coinesseur.We live in Glasgow and travel a lot so that is another reason we found the coffee and cake they are selling is so exceptional.We even went out of our way and covered a few extra miles to repeat the experience the next day.Honestly you cannot miss this marvellous wee place if you’re anywhere near, driving, cycling or walking, if you’re not near it’s still worth every bit of the extra journey.Well done Hebridean Bakehouse!!5 out of 511 out of 10Etc etc

A really lovely place to stop, great coffee, cakes and service. 5/5 service and quality a must place to stop and sit out to have a well rested pit stop. Lovely staff and nice views.

Killer find - an espresso to rival that of anywhere and the slices and cookies we bought really really hit the spot. Clearly made by people with passion, the quality was top top. Rare to find anywhere, let alone in such an isolated place. Thanks for caring about what you do.

Great find! I emailed her ahead and she prepared sausage rolls for us to pick up on our way to stay the weekend at the Blackhouse Village. We picked up a couple of outstanding cookies while we were there. Cash and Paypal accepted at the Honor Box.

Superb artisan bakery, with a scrumptious array of cookies, cakes, muffins and other goodies all available at reasonable prices, and the best coffee I have ever tasted
