G R Heating

Our central heating boiler at a Lodge we own just south of Dunbar stopped working, showing an error code E160. This, according to Baxi is a faulty fan. Tried phoning and leaving messages a few times but never received a reply. I won't leave a bad review as we didn't have work done and we don't even know if the business is still running.

when I missed the date for refueling oil for my central heating and by the way I managed to air the system and blur the pump, I called Gordon asking for help. the next day in the morning they were with me and repaired what I was able to spoil, but the price for the service and professionalism really cannot be assessed. This company installed an oil fired boiler at our property less than 2 years ago. The exhaust from the boiler has been directed towards an old stone wall, less than 30cm away, causing endless damage to the stone. The outside drainage pipe has not been insulated and is subject to freezing. Worst aspect though is lack of response to any messages. The boiler is still under guarantee but they can't be bothered replying to our messages or sorting out the problems they caused by poor initial installation. The boiler was fitted for a Mr and Mrs Boswell and I have the receipt that you provided for installation and also the annual service

Gave Gordon a call as I had an issue with my boiler. He got back to me PDQ and even diagnosed the problem on the phone and told me how to fix it. Total Gent !!

Gordon replaced our old heating system with a new combi boiler system and we couldn't be happier. From start to finish he provided a fantastic and professional service.
