First Aid Course Leicester

Brilliant course, The knowledge of both staff members was fantastic. It's great to have more knowledge of first aid.

The person who ran the course was brilliant. However please note the venue that it was held at was not appropriate at all- very dirty and run down. I was horrified at the condition of the carpet and chairs. Please see the photos. Please donot book onto this course in Leicester - due to the venue they use.Update:Upon receiving the feedback- the Operations Director contacted me today to apologise personally and promise to rectify the venue situation. This in my opinion is a sign of a very professionally run company who do take on board client feedback. On those basis- I may considering using their services again.
