Hadn't been in for about 5 years, as my previous experiences of the place had not been favourable.Greeted by Charlotte, who was warm, friendly and had everyrhing in order. Top lass!£7 for a bottle of Doombar and a JD Honey... Not bad.Pub wasn't especially busy, but it was 11pm so I guess it was kinda late?There were still kids playing pool with their families, which was nice to see.All-in-all, not a bad visit!Unusually I stayed for a second round..£6.80 for Doombar and a Haig Club. Not sure if Charlotte's charm was the bigger influence in this decision, or the fact a stranger drinking whilst reading Jaws 2 was left in peace?..

Nice people, staff and visitorsm played pool for a pound (2 pool tables) and darts, plus a bit of spontaneous karaoke. Good local pub

Clean and friendly with great selection of all drinks including a great non alcoholic selection. Nice beer garden for family friendly fun.
