She is always pleasant and professional and treats you with respect and dignity every time you visit. 100% recommend her services and would never use another therapist now that I have found her.

Went in just expecting a massage and was pleasantly surprised by it turned out to be much deeper than that. Soledad is very in touch with what's going on all across the body and can pick up on past injurys and trauma stored in the body. A few healing modalities were intertwined into one session which i loved as it felt it brought more balance into body. Neck pain gone!

Soledad is much more than a massage therapist, she has the gift of healing. She genuinely shows care for her clients and tailors all her sessions to what each person needs at that point in time. I always leave feeling much calmer, looser and in less pain. Highly recommend Soledad (just please don’t book too many appointments so I can still get in to see her!)

Sole has been treating me for a few years now and I would highly recommend seeing her. She has a very gentle approach and her knowledge of how the body works is always incredible! I struggle with anxiety and my treatments with Sole are a really important part of keeping me well as I hold so much tension in my body. She always manages to relax my body no matter what is going on whether that be through Bowen, Cranialsacral therapy or massage. I also love exercising and Sole has been able to help with all sorts of injuries I've picked up over the years. I have been seeing Sole for years and can't recommend her highly enough. Its so difficult to find a great masseuse and Sole is the full package. She treats your whole body with care and really listens to it when working her magic. I would travel near and far to visit Sole.

I've been seeing Sole for a while and was so pleased when I discovered that she had set up practice again! Sole has a very different approach to massage than standard massage therapists, encompassing a holistic approach to the way muscle tensions can affect your body and your alignment.

I’ve been seeing Sole since April, initially for some work on a shoulder injury. However this soon expanded to wider therapies for the whole body and she has been instrumental in improving my posture, dealing with long term muscle issues and fluid retention around joints and limbs due to historic injuries. She takes time to listen and understand issues or concerns and considers your job and lifestyle before advising on suitable therapies. A highly recommended and personable professional.
