The whole experience was brilliant from start to end. I was kept informed every step of the way. Customer service was great and my car looks like new again. I’ve heard so many horror stories of auto repairs, luckily this isn’t one of them. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent repair’s to my rare car one of 500 ever made , they have looked after her when someone hit her, she back to mint now. She looks beautiful as first time she come out of forecourt in 2011 , thanks again company well recommended

I was very impressed how Fix Auto handled a recent scuff on the car following a minor, not at fault scrape. They contacted me quickly, organised collection & were even able to fit my booking around a holiday so we didn’t need to bother about a courtesy car. The repair was completed & vehicle returned so that on return it was on the drive & the keys on the doormat. The repair was excellent as well so many thanks.

Great experience with Fix Auto Bradford. Insurance claim for a small job on bumper. Staff were great and the staff member who brought the courtesy car managed to find me a slightly larger car when I mentioned all the instruments I have to carry for my job. Much appreciated.

I was very happy with the service from Fix Auto, which was recommended by our insurance. The entire process was very quick, and they kept me up to date with the repairs. They even contacted the decals company we used to redo the side panels.We had a similar break-in before, and it took over two months to sort out. This time, the repairs were completed in just a few weeks. I was very impressed with the service and detail of the repairs. As you can see in the images, you can't even tell that our van was ever damaged.I would definitely recommend Fix Auto to anyone who needs car body repairs. They are a great company with excellent customer service.

Following a non-fault RTC, Fix Auto Bradford have been good with the service provided & excellent with the repair undertaken. Although I did not get a courtesy car as stated on my insurance policy, I was told it was because they may not have one available, which I felt was poor, all other dealings have been very good. The girl I spoke with in the first instance, was quite brusque & I felt she was pushing me to use Green" parts

Happy with the service provided in the collection of my car to be repaired, delivery of a courtesy car and the delivery of my car once the repairs had been done along with the collection of the courtesy car. The repairs to the car appear to have been done to a good standard. Only time will tell as they repaired the door rather than replaced it, but having said that they say the repairs are guaranteed for the period I own the vehicle.

I have to be honest, initially I wasn't very happy with the service I received. It took 4 months for my car to be repaired as I required a courtesy car and my car was in a driveable state. However, the service I received after that was excellent. Everyone I spoke to was polite and professional. The repairs were carried out quickly and to a high standard. I don't think my car has ever looked so clean. I would highly recommend!
