Flight was very late but that was Edinburghs fault. Airport staff very helpful and friendly. Not their fault.What did let it down was there is no gluten free food option when your stuck for hours.

It's a cute little airport and love the little red Telephone booth. I've passed through here a number of times and everyone has always been super nice.

Quiet airport with limited flights.Easy to navigate due to size, staff pleasant and services as expected are there.Car hire available from arrivals.Small cafe which was closed on my arrival.The step of the airport and within 1 min walk you’re at the bag claim and/or exit.Easy place to travel

It's just an airport with all the good and not so good things that entails.Free drop-off and pick-up area and relatively cheap parking.

On an inbound flight.Simply horrendous!A trail of baggage from the plane to the airport, slight exaggeration!Unhelpful, unpleasant staff.Customers climbing over the baggage reclaim area due to a blockage and no staff around to assist.Requires a fair amount of investment, dated and tatty!

Incredibly helpful Logan Air staff, very basic cafe but Shetland Shop was closed and so was the cafe once you had passed through security.. recommend turning up with food supplies!
