I went to the blood clinic once again as have had regular blood tests .But silly me forgot my form saw Ryan the receptionist tdy and he was so helpful and went out of his way to print my blood form of so I did not have to go bk.The nurses that take blood are so good there, as they have trouble getting my blood so caring and takes a little while .A very gd experience all round from start to finish thank you. Plus never wait that long at all.

I took my young Ukranian guest and his mother to the hospital. He had an ankle injury which was slow to heal. The staff were very helpful. He was seen within 90 minutes and had advice which put his mothers mind at rest.

I went in to get blood tests done. The staff were friendly. The queue time was minimal and the member of staff who collected my blood did an amazing job. Usually it is really hard to get anything out of me and she did amazingly well, and was really quick. I would happily go here again for blood tests.

Took my little girl today with a rash was seen within 25mins,all staff are so nice. And carparking is free :), and a big thank you to Kelly the nurse that saw my daughter x

On the 3/11/23 ......I went to Clacton hospital for CT scan ...eye screening and blood tests ...what can I say the staff are wonderful from reception to nurses doctors everyone ...thankyou so much for you kindness and your help great hospital and great staff ...thankyou all so much.....

Diagnostic Centre CT Scan From the initial greeting at reception to every member of clinical staff my treatment was excellent. A massive well done to the HCA who inserted the cannula. He was proficient, gentle, kind and for the first time ever, no bruise or bleeding. THANK YOU.To add to the excellent clinical care, the unit was spotless, well organised and efficient.Beyond impressed, the NHS at its very best.

Was sent here by 111 following a dog bite. Within minutes I was checked in, and seen by a triage nurse, taken to a side room and bandaged to stop the blood flow. Called back in within half an hour and I was on my way within an hour with all I needed. All staff I encountered were efficient/kind/professional. Very impressed. Well done everyone there - great service.

Had an x-ray and was so impressed with the new diagnostic centre facility, staff were lovely and the process was quick and efficient, walked in at 11.40 was out before 11.45, fantastic service!

After 3 years my son and myself finally got some information on his skin condition after seeing a lovely nurse called laura at the walk in service . She answered all our questions and gave us the information we have needed for so long . Didn’t rush us and was happy to answer all our questions . The care my son received from Laura was the best we’ve had in 3 years!! She made us feel so at ease . Thank you so much!!
