Not usually one to post reviews, but was helped out by Jade today and thought I had to! She was so friendly and professional- although the dress I wanted to purchase (after seeing it on her) was out of stock in my size, she offered plenty of help & advice. Loveliest customer service I’ve experienced in a while!

Great men’s selection, Jessie was so helpful. They’ll have to ban me from the store by the end of summer.

Good selection of styles & sizes, tho felt assistant was a little too attentive

Really pleasant experience today at All Saints. Genuine friendly staff whom like to have a conversation rather than trying to push you to purchase something. I was greeted by Jade whom was really friendly, kind and professional. She helped answer all my questions and I purchased a really nice shirt with her assistance. Jade also provided a discount which was unexpected but a nice touch.Great store with friendly staff, will come again.

I was pleasantly surprised with the level of service and how consultative the team were on a busy Saturday morning/afternoon! The team were very cohesive and everyone I saw was given the same level of service. I ended up spending more than planned because of how good your team are! Not local to Derby but will definitely return again next time I'm in the area for my next AllSaints fix!

I visited All Saints twice in the last week, and both times the level of service was amazing! I came in on my own on Monday and the sales assistant was so friendly, warm and welcoming, she helped me find exactly what I wanted. I went away to think about it, and came back with my husband on Friday and the assistant that time was again so friendly and welcoming, my husband said it was sickly (that is a compliment, he doesn't people well) but the item had now gone, but I have ordered it online and I can't wait for it to arrive. I haven't bought anything from All Saints for years and went in on a whim, but now I will be back as I have seen loads of other items I love!!

Come here regularly on Sunday mornings with my mate. Mostly I leave here with something and all staff are always friendly and attentive. Jade is very pleasant to deal with.
