Order two pairs of overalls. Delivered on the day they said. Was pleased with the quality but needed next size up. Contacted Harper office on phone was given a return number to send them back. Awaiting them now but was happy with the courteous way I was treated.No problems at all ..will certainly order again from this company.

I purchased a couple of items from this retailer and was unable to set up the items. I requested a refund! This is such a GREAT company to conduct business with! They took great care of me with settling this transaction. They worked with me every step of the way until they processed my refund! I was AMAZED and IMPRESSED with how this company treated me!!!Again, Harper Office is a GREAT company to conduct business with!!! They'll take care of you!!

No problem delivering items when bought (obviously). Returning items a complete nightmare. You have to contact them by email or phone if you want to return an item and state reason. My item was way too small for me, they said they would send a larger pair if i sent the first one back. I agreed, new size has came and it’s still too small around the waste. Tried contacting them for a return label, 3 emails now, no response whatsoever. Trousers has cost me £120! Awful company
