Beachside Kitchens

This company appear to be great at providing new kitchens and keeping their customers happy as long as they get it all right the first go. They came to install my new kitchen and on numerous occasions forgot to bring hinges or handles and advised that they would return on multiple dates to finished the job. This continued for months. In the end, the owner of the company got heated on the phone and told me that I was pissing him off among other expletives. I didn't feel comfortable giving further access to my home, so I had to get them to deliver 1 final door handle, this was thrown through my letter box unwrapped with 2 screws bouncing on down my hallway for me to find.Since using beachside kitchens I have heard several negative comments on customer service, these clearly have not made it to their reviews section.These guys are wolves dressed in sheep's clothing and I advise against using them for a new kitchen.

Had our kitchen refurbished by Beechside Kitchens, can't fault them in any way,100% job well done. We had a refurbishment ,new worktops and breakfast bar, new extractor fan unit, new sink and tap unit. Amanda help us to come to a decision of what we wanted.The workmen were very helpful, neat and tidy, and done a perfect job. Amanda recommended a tiler who was 2nd to none and was very professional. We would recommend Beechside Kitchens to anyone who wants to have their kitchen refurbished or renewed. Many thanks to all concerned.

OK , so why am i putting a review here? Its very Simple i believe in rewarding a fantastic service and aftercare ( check out my review on their Facebook page that goes into much more detail). Amanda is a fantastic Person with great customer service skills, helping me to achieve my dream kitchen. Id my own ideas and of course i hadn't considered the pitfalls of it , but after letting her see my ideas and letting Amanda tweet and transform them .. Wow what a kitchen.. The fitters were first class and after care over a faulty appliance was fantastic ( Amanda actually got me a new one fitted within 24hrs) I writing this review as i believe they looked after me so well, nothing was too much trouble and i really am fussy !! Some say OCD... So if you want a fantastic service from start to finish choose Beach side and Amanda ( I cant vouch for other sales staff there ). I'm happy to be contacted by potential Beach side customers to discuss my POSITIVE service from Amanda

First class service, we were unsure if we wanted a new kiitchen or a referb, got in contact with Mandy and she guided us with everything, helped save us money and keep the cost down, now have a gorgeous kitchen, the guys worked hard for 3 days. Would highly recommend.

Poorly fitted kitchen a few years ago all needed fixed due to poor fitting. Asked for more wood to be supplied to fix up something else. Still waiting. They promised onany occasions but obviously never intended to because we had complained about their work. Wish I had never gone to them.

Went to see about new worktops and sink they were so friendly and helpful coming Monday to measure

Had a new kitchen designed & fitted by Beachside Kitchens the design is good but sadly lacking in the fitting and absolutely no attention to detail & finishing touches. We did a snag list and asked the owner Gary to come and have a look at what was needed to be put right. When he arrived after several days he came with an attitude and was not interested in resolving these issues after a heavy discussion he said I'm not listening to this and walked out slamming our door shut , not very professional behaviour. I'm sure he would have been more civil if we still had a balance to pay !! Needless to say would not recommend this company.

Excellent in the beginning and great fitters however they fitted the wrong cabinets and agreed to supply and fit a breakfast bar at a reduced rate (great). As soon as I paid for the initial refurb they never got back in touch again and it’s 2 months later so I have given plenty of time before leaving this review. Perfectly happy with the kitchen but if something goes wrong I certainly can’t recommend them for after sales service. Very disappointed that they have left us like this after taking my money.

Very happy with the new kitchen. Professional from start to finish. Fitters came on the scheduled day and completed job within time frame given. Peter and Jim were excellent. Would highly recommend.
