Friendly, professional service from start to finish! Bharat at Northern Mark was exceptional, he really helped me explore all different options for a single storey extension. Working through the designs together was really reassuring, nothing felt rushed and he took the time to understand what we wanted (and what I didnt want!) I shared examples of extended houses that had caught my eye, often in London or abroad with design you don't see much of in the North of England...with Northern Mark's focus on great design, bringing creativity and care to creating even better homes they made a dream into a reality, at a reasonable price too!

I have had the pleasure of using the services from 'Northern Mark - Architecture & Design' twice now.Once to redesign the layout of our property to home a kitchen/diner and more recently to design a single story extension to the rear to be used as a dining room.What a fantastic service!From start to finish, I was kept involved and informed.
