Had a long standing intermittent challenge with one aid .. Stopped at Winchester on a journey to the coast and decided to get the aid looked at. After two unsuccessful efforts, was directed to amplifon. Eloise, the manager could not have been more helpful. Not only cleaned and reset the aid and changed the battery but also showed us how to update iPhone app and link properly to the aids. Wouldn’t take payment. Excellent service from a very nice person. Can’t recommend highly enough.
