Met with Iain a few weeks back who arrived (on time) to see if he could repair a slight dint in the wing of my car. He was honest and upfront prior to the appointment saying there would be no charge if it was something that required a different set of skills. This in fact, turned out to be the case.Whilst most people would leave you to your own devices (or lack of in my case) Iain went above and beyond what I would ever have expected. Not only did he explain in detail the issue I faced, he also spent time introducing me to his network in order to resolve the issue. Iain checked in several times to see if I had resolved the issue and genuinely showed great care and support for a customer who hasn’t paid a dime.His knowledge of dents and repairs alongside the regional network is excellent as is his customer service. I highly recommend Iain and the service he provides!
