STAY AWAY!I have been with these guys for years recommending many clients to them along the way!The only reason I stayed for a long time is because their price is competitive.However, their attitude is horrible.On the phone they are not helpful and it takes them forever to respond to emails.Their 10% discount is a hoax.I have worked with many registered address providers and it is unfortunate that these guys don't care about repeat custom.

As a start-up business I shopped around for the best price and value for service and The London Office came top of my list. Have been using them for almost 3 years now and the customer service has been exceptional. No complaints.

Terrible service, I have used the company for 4+ years for my office address.It seems I had forgotten to renew my subscription and I was surprised to receive a a threatening email from them within a week of this.I of course contacted them immediately and they insisted reminders had been sent which was not accurate having checked all inboxes. The communication at this point was also disappointing.

Does what it says on the tinI need a London virtual office has a registered company address and a mail forwarding service. They do it all and they do it well. Competitive prices - I'd honestly be willing to pay more for this level of service.

We have been with them for 2 years now and it has been a great service. As a small business having a physical office space is not viable, using their Registered Address solution we get the benefits of having a london address plus we get the emails scanned and sent to us included in our package making things a lot easier.

DO NOT USE!! Before I even took out this service I emailed their customer support to ask if it would be possible to pick up mail from the office address. They said this would be fine, but once I purchased the service they refuted this, stating I would need to pay extra for this service. They lie and cheat their way in to getting more money from you, along with providing terrible customer service. They have withheld my mail using it as blackmail to force me to renew my service, at a higher cost then stated on their website, threatening to dispose of my mail if I don’t renew. If you read the bulk of the reviews on here they all say similar things.
