i bought a few bits from racespares easy to deal with had a slight problem with one part but it was sorted very quickly and communication was very good by email. will definitly be buying again in the future if i need anything also delivery was by DPD and next day with text updates.

Ordered braided hoses they were exactly how i expected and when i did need to contact the seller he was always available... no complaints thanks for your service

Dispatched the wrong part, promised on the send out the correct part on the 9:th of October. Today on the 16:th of December still no response from them. I have e-mailed them on three occasions and asked them about the status on the correct part. No answer, a simple answer would be good.

Absolutely amazing customer service, had an issue with my rcs19 mc. Sent it in, the courier messed up my delivery so it wasnt recieved until thursday. I called in friday (the next day) as i needed it back before this weekend and they turned it round instantly shipped back same day they looked at it, totally honest about the mc not trying to fleece me. Nothing but kind and helpful on the phone. Will use these guys again in the future for sure!

The mark of a good company is one which deals with customer service problems efficiently and with fairness. Sadly not the case with Racespares UK. Delivery problems are inevitable from time to time, particularly when one is reliant on a third party to complete. Accepting this, the non-delivery of my order, 15 days after placing it, was dealt with poorly and the subsequent 'partial refund' was petty, to say the least.

Bought numerous parts from here and sold a few bits as well. Always do me a good deal and the quality is good. Will keep using . Thankyou.

Unfortunately another cowboy setup with no care for the customer. Received faulty parts and a promise to help with sorting the mess out only to disappear leaving me in the lurch. Trying to speak to someone on the number listed is practically impossible but at least the answer machine works. Will avoid going forward.

These fellows have a very hard to source part listed on their site in quantity. I almost couldn’t believe it! I wrote them an email to verify the stock was accurate and I heard back in a day! I was so excited for finally be able to make a purchase.I went on their website to place and order and the form kept rejecting my request due to not having selected a shipping method but there wasn’t even an option to do so.Given I heard back promptly when I first emailed them, I figured we could get this sort right quick. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been the case. I have been sent them 5 emails over two months since and still hear nothing back. Not even a hey, eff off.This is the only shop that has what I’m hunting, the cherry on top of my detailed build and I couldn’t be any more eager to hand these guys HUNDREDS of dollars even though they haven’t been great at communicating.Will happily change this rating if I could just get the part you have that I want guys come on!
