Vets4Pets Totton

By far the best vets around we have been using them for a couple of years. Recently our boy Marco who is an xl bully went in for an operation and has been back for two checkups over the last two weeks and every time we have been everyone who works there receptionists and vets have been so polite and so loving to our boy we could not be happier. Thank you to everyone who works there highly recommend

Amazing staff and even better head vet, her caring nature and patience with my nervous lab lola you have not only made my experience better but has changed Lola’s attitude to going to the vets for the better as she knows she’s going to get lots of fuss and treats. Blackberry seen within hours of calling and treated. All the team were great especially the head vet Judith. Animals always first. Blackberry now resting.Yet another visit for one of our rescue Labradors being given a thorough, caring and professional health check/treatment. The animals as always come first and get the very best of care. we travel over 25 mile to go to see the head vets as they are worth being given the best of care.

Not overly impressed. Went in to pay for putting a dog to sleep.They couldn't find him on the system.If I'd had to wait much longer while they got their act together, they'd still be waiting for the money.If I'd been the dogs owner she would have been very very upset.

I switched over to vets for pets in Totton about 2years ago. It was hard because I had been with a local vets for years and years and it was because my family had always used that particular vets. However it was time for a change. The vets I was using was increasing prices dramatically and the more I spoke to friends and clients of mine they recommended vets 4 pets. We then got our second dog a year over a year ago and with no hesitation we signed her up to vets4pets also.My rescue pug had been struggling with breathing issues and I booked in to see Judith. She was brilliant with him. Judith is very stern and ‘too the point’ which I love. She doesn’t mess about she is ALL about the animals and that’s all I would want in a vet. Often I have booked in for a check up for my dog but ended up asking her for other bits of advice in which she is more than happy to assist with. When my pug went in for treatment Judith and the team remained in contact with me all day. They reassured me continuously and I was so pleased that they were with him the whole time.

Excellent little vet in Totton. Both the reception and the vet were kind and professional. The waiting area was well lit and very clean, as was the exam room. The vet patiently explained everything to us and was great giving our dog his jabs.

We use Vets4Pets and specifically Judith for all our many pets and can't thank both Judith and the whole team for the care and treatment. Recently had an issue with our cats, one of which was picked up at routine vaccination, referral to Specialist was so quick. Followed by needing to see a vet urgently for the other, again dealt with so quickly and with care and compassion. Would recommend to anyone.

Brilliant vet practice! The staff are always so helpful, polite and go out of their way to make you and your pets feel at ease. Judith is very knowledgeable, always gives the highest care and explains everything in such detail. The staff always answer any questions you may have. Can’t thank them enough.

We was very impressed with our experience at Vets4Pets Totton. The staff were so lovely, reassuring, explained everything clearly, and answered any questions. Our dog Marley had surgery, and I really appreciated the call after his surgery to let me know how he was. I was made to feel I could phone at anytime after he came home from his surgery with any concerns I had. Appreciated the call the following morning to check up on our dog too. Very happy with the service.
