Excellent service and very knowledgable staff, door guy could be slighlty trained better in customer service to be honest. but we left with a great gucci timepiece and happy.

After Sales service is poor. I purchesed a GCci watch from the store, but buttery run out. I tried to phone the store for in bicester village, the phone line is cut.Is the stre still running?

I visited Time & Gems earlier this year to replace my watch that was stolen last year. I've been searching for a replacement for months and was unsuccessful. Beverley was so helpful and I left my details with her to notify me if anything came into stock. 2months later and I got a phone call from Beverley - Order was placed within the hour over the phone and Beverley sent confirmations and images.Such a good Service and Beverley was lovely to deal with. I was grateful that she took my details and did actually keep in touch and found me something! I live 3 hours from Bicester Village so the Phone Call Order and Home delivery was amazing. We spotted this outlet whilst walking back to the car. It is not often you see Ulysses Nardin for sale so we decided to pop in and have a look. The range was good and the prices were ok, but the service... 1 person there who didn't wonder over and say hello. We walked out and the only person to say anything was the guard who said bye!

Beautiful stock & incredible customer service - Unable to travel to Bicester, I recently initiated contact with Time & Gems via email and a lady called Kasia responded to my request within the hour. She then kindly facilitated my further enquiries by providing her own mobile number (the store phone line was down) to enable me to buy the item of Pomellato jewellery she had found for me. All done in the most courteous and charming manner - I was impressed. This level of customer care is very rare, and therefore much appreciated. For a follow-up enquiry, Kasia again, went the extra mile and send me images and video via her own mobile. Amazing. I was spoilt for choice and purchased again. Making a contact and developing a relationship with such a dedicated and knowledgeable sales representative is a joy.

Inadequately trained door staff (28/5/21 17.20). I was denied entry because of not wearing a mask. I am exempt I have a hidden disability but I felt discriminated against because of my faith. I do not have to prove my exemption. He said it was policy that proof must be present. My friend with me wore a mask. I didn't want to create a scene and beg to be allowed in. I feel sick to the gut...

Thank you for an incredible service today. My collection of Dodo charms started 2010 when I treated myself to The Camel charm after living in Dubai. Since then I have collected charms which mean things to me (the falcon and parrot which were pets I worked with in Dubai and The Wolf which symbolises my time as a Wolf Handler here in The UK). I had both the Falcon and Wolf which needed to go onto the cord bracelet but there was a special technique to doing this. Your team were amazing, friendly and helpful and not only are the charms on the bracelet-I now have a new cord bracelet and presentation box!! Thank you all so very much!! I know where I will return to when I wish to purchase a new charm!!

Amazing store specialising in watchmaking brands such as GP and Ulysse Nardin. Also had mid level brands in watches with great discounts. Jewellery section was also high end. All products come with full manufacture warranty which was amazing and I got my self a Girard Perregaux 1966 £8k cheaper than what I saw it in London for yesterday. Couldn't recommend enough. Great professional service too may I add.

Purchased a beautiful G.P. 1945 XL watch . I needed a larger strap which they got for me . They kept me informed about the progress of the new strap replacement, which was for no extra charge.Would recommend a visit to this outlet.Stephen Page

A watch shop with no tools to remove links. They will tell you this after you make the purchase and refer you to Timpsons. I expect my links removed to fit me when i purchase for that price. They should tell customers this before we commit to buying but once the staff make the sale they no longer want to know.
