Fabulous day out to Wetherby. The support was excellent. Great value day out and easy to get the hang of. Would have been a tough journey without the electric, so turned the day into one of interest and joy and an opportunity to go further than we would normally. Thanks. Would do this again.

Esther is the best! I moved from the US to Cornwall with my Pedego City commuter black edition in 2018 having no idea how proprietary bike mechanic shops can be. So I’ve become a bit of a part time bike mechanic when things go wrong with my bike. I’ve needed to order parts or get insight on how to repair or replace things and this lady has gotten on video chat with me and help me fix my issues. So grateful for continued fantastic customer service after the purchase. Thank you!!!

This place is the real deal! Run by a lovely guy, Francesco, who couldn't have done more for us and his enthusiasm really set us up for a super day. We hired two bikes from Pedago, very well priced, clearly well maintained (they seemed very new) and easy to use. Very positive experience and we will be back. I have taken a couple of photos of the bikes we used (there's a wide selection) for anyone that is curious. I recommend you call in advance to book as the place itself is a unit on an an industrial site, not a shop, so may be closed unless you call beforehand.

first time buying a bike couldnt have been easier! helped me decide my options and provided flexibility with a first service for a few things! amazing bikes with great potential and does exactly what its meant to! would recommend for the biking enthusiast!

The place is great they have the best looking bikes there. If your feeling lazy and don't want to put the effort in riding, then all the bikes come equipped with a electric system. The bikes are well maintained and ride effortless. The staff are great well respected and ready to answer all of your question and queries. Great place 10outof10.

It´s my second Pedego Stretch from Pedego Europe. Every day by bike for business (pick up shoes - make them shine and delivery) or with my daughter, 9 years old, riding to school. Its so great !
