Brasserie Blanc - Threadneedle Street
Great acoustics! So well done architect friend.The music may be loud at time’s playing rock/indie.Very spacious and lovely staff.Exciting and very well thought menu, that being said you shouldn’t expect a lot. Its like in between a gourmand Michelin & cote. Absolutely lovely names & diverse menu though.The pistachio soufflé was almond flavouredSo beware.

An impromptu dining experience. Dont really know much about Mr Blanc but always open to learning more.Decor in the restaurant is simple but classy. Service was really good. We went for a ham starter which was a bit too tartare for us lol. I made the mistake in getting a burger at a restaurant like this, i should have tried the fish. The burger was too dry unfortunately. The desserts however were really good. The souffle was really fluffy. Probably need to go back to explore more of the menu.

Brasserie Blanc - Threadneedle Street
We came for our Christmas work dinner. The food was really good, I had the pheasant which was a bit dry but the meal was really well put together, and the gnocchi was out of this world! Best Xmas dinner I've ever had, as there were lots of people there that night having their work dinners and normally that affects the quality of the food but it was still very good. The only downside was that it was extremely noisy and as such you couldn't really speak to anyone at all because you could hardly hear anything.

It was a really pleasant meal, the Trout was really good, a little minus for the waiter who either did not have a good day or was just a bit unpleasant. Besides that a good place to meet up the gang.

I’ve been to BB few times before (prior to pandemic) and it seemed a reasonable choice for a Friday lunch. What a mistake it was! The food was mediocre (at best) - bone dry burger and uncooked looking tiny portion of gnocchi.The waiter showed in every possible way that he was doing us a favour to serve. He clearly did not have either any training in hospitality or any wish to behave even remotely friendly. I could not finish lunch quick enough to leave this Grinch place and never come back. There are tons of better places to have lunch in the City where you’d actually feel welcomed.

I visited Brasserie Blanc-Threadneedle Street with my parents for my 15th birthday and had an amazing night. The food was delicious and the service was incredible, especially Elin, our wonderful waitress who really made the night. To start, we had 2 of the Escargots and 1 Mediterranean Fish Soup. The snails were the best we’ve ever had (better than in France!) and the soup was so flavourful. For mains, we chose the 8oz Sirloin with Fries and Peppercorn Sauce, Pan-fried Stone Bass, and Chalkstream Trout. The steak was cooked to a perfect medium-rare and the fries were so good. The fishes were so beautiful and the sauces were so delicately crafted and really made the dishes. For dessert, we had the Cheese Selection, Pistachio Souffle, and Chocolate Orange Delice, which our waitress, Elin, so kindly lit a candle on and sung happy birthday. Thank you so much to all the staff and especially Elin for a wonderful evening. I highly recommend Brasserie Blanc and will definitely be coming back!

Chef's kiss my food was 2nd time I came too! I honestly didn't think it could get better than the 1st time but it did! The scallops were as delicious as I remembered but the main blew me away! The lamb roulade is simply gorgeous! Such great flavours that go so well together and the meat, just melts into your mouth!Looooooved it! I am now hooked to it so will be coming back soon! The service was flawless! Great job! Had such a lovely evening! If you could have creme brulee in your dessert menu that would be wonderful!1st review- Looooved every bite from starter to main to dessert! Yummy food! Nice flavours! A cute found and I need to return to explore the menu and try some more dishes! The service is 5*- very prompt, polite and another big thank you to the lady at the reception who squeezed me in last minute! Much appreciated!

Nice people but limited service available outside, drinks only. Very popular restaurant inside, great wines and a happy hour" cocktail offer 17:00-19:00. Very much an "after work" vibe.Convenient location and has it's own niche away from the bustle. We had lovely nibbles and snacks - bar nuts
