Got our new sofa here, ordered and received within 8 days. Admitantly this is far quicker than average (my mothers took 3 months) but the service was excellent t and we love our new sofa!

We bought a sofa and chair and dealt with a lovely chap called Lee. The store is huge with a great choice. All the information we needed was provided with good suggestions and advice. It was such a lovely change being looked after by a knowledgeable human being rather than online shopping. At no time did we feel pressured and left the store delighted with our purchases.

In hylton sunderland store. Noone to help. Been in shop 45 minutes. One guy one woman walking round with their heads down engrossed in a screen they are holding. One girl in green serving couple. Noone asked do we need help. Noone lifted their heads to even acknowledge us. Wanted advice so tried to get their attention. They missed out on a sale of nearly £3000.We came to order today and pay cash. Unfortunately we were invisible to them.

The store experience was very good. The after service is awful. Cheap material used which after 1 year is now unusable.Two visits to view the furniture and two contrasting instructions on how to dress the rear cushions. The fact there is no way to dress them now as the fibre inside is inadequate.Don't waste your time and money stay well clear of DFS

Ryan was spot on, we were hesitant to go there as the service from the MetroCentre store left a pretty disappointing experience. Ryan however was great, had all the answers to the questions, nothing was too much trouble and we left having ordered a sofa

Went for a bed, very few in-store and those are nearer the 1k mark.The salesperson did their best to try and convince me to buy a bed from an online image.Wayfair and a host of other places do them cheaper with the same warranty.Give it a miss and either buy online or go to a store that deals solely for beds.

I had to give them a star if I had my own way I wouldn’t have giving the even one. The service from all of the staff is awful all they want is the money of you. Their after care is disgusting thru sent wrong sofa wrong colour and style and they won’t refund an elderly Vulnerable lady who order a certain chairs and side for her disability. Been waiting five weeks for a phone call of them and nothing now am taking it into my own Acton’s trading standard and the local newspaper I will make sure know one shops here ever again
