Dave went above and beyond in his role as funeral director, he guided us through the process at this most difficult time with compassion, he was sincere, sympathetic (without overdoing it), informative and genuinely a really lovely guy with a great personality. The funeral went beautifully, without hitch and was everything we could have wished for - he is definitely a credit to the company. We also decided, (after doing some research on prices on the market), to order some flowers from Co-op, really competitive prices and they were beautiful, thanks - 5* service
