Went to Pharmacy to get a pharmacy only item to be told its closed and not open until 3pm.Doesn't state this anywhere online its closed until 3pm?Due to the parking restrictions of no return in 2 hours its made me do my business elsewhere.I'm so glad this isn't my pharmacy for my prescriptions because lack of prior warning and the parking restrictions would stop you getting anything!Looks like from other recent reviews I'd be better off not using this place at all in future.

Don't book a flu vaccination here! Have had 3 appointments cancelled here without any explanation, at short notice. Given up now and trying to go elsewhere.

The worst boots in the world . The staff are rude untrained and completely unsupervised. The girls in the white jackets simply tell you they're on their break to avoid doing any work

Shop floor staff are generally really nice and helpful never have an issue with them and the store is always really clean and well stocked. However the pharmacy is all sorts of disgusting I have just gotten home and am livid at how they think it’s okay to act like they usually do but today was just above and beyond being rude.When I had confirmed strep I had to wait for 48minutes to pick up my medication in the line with a baby behind me in the line. I was genuinely feeling so unwell coughing and feeling awful. They are the slowest moving people I have ever seen in any public sitting. But today I can only describe the woman that was the on duty pharmacist nothing other than a miserable b%#*. I was picking up medication for my brother with one of the easiest names in the world. However not one but 4 sighs later and basically having to get her to look as it was sent in by the hospital and he needed it. A man in line before me stormed off for what ever reason prior to me, another was annoyed that their medication was only partially there and the rest out of stock. Waiting 10/15 mins isn’t normal every time you go and sure as hell when I was there for 48 mins sick and infecting everyone is not cool! Either close it or get staff that actually want to be there or know how to deal with sick people. It took my doctors questioning why I needed more of my medication every 11 weeks as they were only giving me 1 of the 2 items every time!

Ordered photo prints online for pickup same day. Got to this store and all machines out of order. Useless. Now have to wait 7-10 days for a refund. Luckily Tesco came to my rescue. Think twice before using this service.

Worst Boots ever!I’ve visited this branch so many times and they’re always out of stock of things.Pharmacy is always closed when I visit, there’s no set opening times, they just close at random times of the day for an hour or soLast 7 times I’ve visited it’s been a disappointment, I won’t be using this boots ever again.

The worst pharmacy I have ever used! You have to wait around 20 minutes because they’re super slow, I have had wrong information given to me by one of the pharmacists and there is a massive lack of information. They also lost one of my prescriptions, didn’t tell me they’d only hold it for a month, I would never use this pharmacy again.

Pharmacy: I get prescription medications there, it is necessary that they are open 7 days a week. But once I had to wait in line for 1.5 hours, and then more than an hour for them to prepare an order.Shop: Old price tags, lots of empty shelves. Before the visit, I visit their online store, after that I go to them. But the prices don't match often

Well-stocked store and very well maintained. While the Boots recycling website says it is a participating store, but couldn't find the recycling section / bin. Staff didn't know and couldn't help. But they are generally very helpful and informed, this was the only instance when they couldn't help.
