The completed shower initially had 3 faults, a chipped tile, a tile spacer left in and the water inlet hole left partially exposed. Another problem discovered when the shower was first used was the drain being blocked which required the floor being taken up and the drain reinstalled. On the positive side the faults were quickly rectified.

Called bank Holiday Monday with my partner to look for a vanity unit for my mother. A friendly young girl which I later found out was called Georgia served me when I saw a vanity unit I liked and wished to purchase.It had a price label on it which stated 1200mm vanity unit £699 sale price £195 which was what I paid and I also purchased a towel radiator for £70. Total £265.I asked Georgia if it could be delivered or would we have to collect it.She said she would find out and could someone ring me the next day (tues) I said this was fine and took my receipt.I didn't hear anything by Thursday so thought I would ring to find out what was happening.I spoke to the owner" Kamil who asked which vanity unit it was? I had taken a photo that included the price ticket and he went on ridiculous saying I could not have it for that price as it was the wrong price and that poor Georgia would be sacked the next day for selling it to me for that price and she would have to pay for her mistake.I explained that I had already paid for it and had receipt and Georgia sold it at the price it was advertised at it wasn't really her fault.He wouldn't listen and started ranting about he would have to close his doors if he sold it at that price but then said could I have it but without the taps and sink laughable really.I asked if I took a refund could Georgia keep her job although I really hope she leaves and gets a better job elsewhere.He has broken the law as I had paid for it and had a receipt but he was so rude and disrespectful I would never buy from this man ever again. BEWARE THE PRICE YOU SEE IS NOT THE PRICE YOU WILL PAY!!!!"

Kamil and his team refurbished my ensuite shower room to a very high standard. Competetive price (with no upfront deposit required) and excellent workmanship. .We ordered shower tray and a sliding door from them, both stating 1600 mm length. after installing shower tray we found out the sliding door is 50 mm shorter than it states on the box/order. When we asked KO bathrooms to change it to the correct size, they started blaming the builder (assuming the tiles on sides might cover that huge difference) and instead of helping to solve the problem, they gave us factory number that produce shower door so we talk to the production unit. The factory said why they asked you to call us

Kamil and his team have completed two full en-suite refits in the last eighteen months and I cannot fault the work. KO Bathrooms installed an excellent new bathroom for us. As a result of that we have just asked them to build a garage extension plus a new cloakroom. I called in at the showroom for an appointment to quote for a complete bathroom refit. Mark visited our home to measure up and offer advice on the design, materials etc. We decided KO bathrooms would do the work. Phil the fitter did the job from start to finish. The skill and workmanship displayed by Phil was very impressive, he keep us informed of the next steps constantly, he is very polite and respectful and it was a pleasure to have him in our home.
