Always call in for a browse here. I bought the best most comfortable shoes I have ever had, for a wedding here a few years ago at a great price.

Went in earlier than our pre booked appointment but was not busy. So pre booked appointment was not needed. Woman who measured my three children's feet was like an army sergent. No communication towards them or me other than shoes off - at them.My children are well mannered and we'll behaved. They even said how awful the experience was themselves. Iv always bought them Clarks so that there feet are comfortable. No sizes available in the shoes for going back to School in the sizes my children needed. Staff member said they just get sent girls size 2's.One bigger size only for one of my children so woman put them behind the till. When my son asked to try for only a second time she slammed her hand on the box with no expression or words. It was only to re try as they weren't his mesured size and they were rubbing his toe 1st time he tried. I know it's an outlet but when buying three pairs it's still a decent amount of money to have such poor customer service or lack of personality from staff. My son heard the staff member bragging how quick she measured my children's feet to another staff member. Great if it's an Olympic game but it's not and I had to text my husband there sizes.one after the other measured in crazy record time. It was the only time she looked happy.I asked if she had paper to write them down and plonked on the floor after re asking she said I can try go get some. I felt like I was asking too much.All in all I love clarks for my children but felt the need to leave a bad review on this particular branch. I will try online and the other outlet at Royal quays for the sizes we need. Dalton parks the same branch we bought from last year too and the customer service wasn't great then either. A different staff member last year kept telling my child well that's the size you are measuring. My daughter politely replying they really hurt my feet and the slightly bigger ones felt better. Staff should prep themselves for dealing with families trying to get there children ready for returning to school and better promote the clarks brand by giving a better customer experience.I still will buy clarks shoes as I want what clarks heritage promotes for my children's feet but 100 % won't return to the dalton park clarks.

I think this shop is great, the ladies are friendly and helpful. The choices are great and if you don't see anything that time I'm sure there is always another day to have a good look.

Used to be able to buy comfortable long lasting stylish shoes and sandals. The present stock is not good quality as in they don't make them like they used to!""

Went to get some shoes for my grandson and the staff were fab. Before I bought the shoes they measured my grandsons feet and the price was so reasonable. Lesley who works there was so helpful and even checked the stock out the back for the shoes I wanted. She was so helpful and pleasant don’t hesitate to go back xxx

Some good discounts to be had during the sales. The men's selection seemed to have more on offer than the women's though. The staff aren't pushy and let you get on with trying shoes on at your own pace.

Took advantage of the buy one get one half price didn't realise but the second pair was off the display would have preferred a pair from the stockroom that hadn't been handled that said the service was good and the lady who served us was pleasant.

Came here to get my daughter school shoes, it was a busy time as loads of parents had the same idea so had a wait a bit but you expect that. They use a ticket system with a number when waiting for feet to be measured. The lady was helpful and found us the right shoes for her, checking to make sure they are comfortable. Good service and experience.

Rude staff ! Don’t bother going

Absolutely shocking service. We got a pair of £55 shoes in June, the heel was coming away and we went back to exchange them as that should not happen in that short time. We were 'greeted' by an unfriendly and unhelpful sales assistant,. She said to come back when the manager was in the next day, we had already travelled 40 minutes. If she couldn't deal with returns why was she on her own? What a rude awful person! In the end she pretended to ring the manager to ask, but clearly didn't as was only gone for two minutes. Would not shop here ever again. Luckily customer services sorted us out!
