I am deeply troubled by how my son's recent incident at Kids Collective was handled. My partner received a phone call in the morning informing us of an incident involving our 5-year-old son and a staff member, which was reported as severe. Despite our inquiries, we were only told that our son unintentionally poked the staff member in the groin while playing. We requested more information, but the answers provided were unsatisfactory.After requesting to speak with the staff member involved, my partner was alarmed by her comment that she needed to prevent such incidents from happening again to little girls, as if the incident was a major threat to their safety from a 5-year old. This statement was particularly concerning because it suggested that the staff member had formed an inappropriate assumption about our son's behaviour, despite the incident being initially described as unintentional. It raises serious questions about the staff member's professionalism and judgement, and underscores our concerns about the adequacy of the training and supervision provided to the staff at Kids Collective.Despite my partner's persistence in asking for more information, the staff member abruptly passed the phone to someone else, leaving her with unanswered questions and no choice but to drive to the school to seek further clarification. However, even when she finally received a report, it failed to provide adequate and objective details about the incident. Instead, it read more like a victim impact statement, omitting crucial information about the context and nature of the incident, such as the fact that it occurred during play and was unintentional. This lack of transparency and accuracy in the report raises serious concerns about the reliability of the information provided by the staff at Kids Collective, and their commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of the children in their care. It is imperative that the management takes swift action to address these issues and provide us with a satisfactory explanation and resolution.These concerns were raised with the manager over the phone, only to find out that a different report had been obtained from the staff member involved, which still omitted any reference to play or the unintentional nature of the incident. This was particularly troubling, given that two employees had confirmed these facts over the phone. It appears that there are significant discrepancies between the various reports and accounts of the incident, which further undermines our confidence in the transparency and professionalism of the staff at Kids Collective. We urge the management to conduct a thorough investigation into this matter and provide us with a full and accurate account of what happened, as well as steps taken to prevent such incidents from happening in the future.This situation has raised significant concerns about how the incident was handled, particularly regarding the accuracy and validity of the reports provided by the staff members responsible for our children's safety. We are deeply worried about our son's well-being and safety at Kids Collective, given the inconsistencies in the accounts of what happened, the failure to provide adequate information and the inappropriate comments made by a staff member. It is crucial that the management takes prompt and effective action to address our concerns and ensure that all staff members are properly trained to handle such incidents in a responsible and professional manner.

My son and daughter just love kids collective ,can't any more.Good service,good staff,good facilities,a parents trusted company,we love it .

Excellent provision for before and after school care and great holiday clubs too!!

Sadly they don't accept black children. None of my applications have been responded to. Very sad indeed

Do research before considering taking your loved one here. Highly recommend to stay clear!
