I recently purchased a Turtlebeach Headset from a store in the Netherlands that had filed for bankruptcy; so there was no return policy in place.Upon arriving at home I found out the microphone was not in the package. Figured I’d give it a shot and email Turtlebeach Support about this issue and their first response was to simply send them my address so they could mail me a new microphone.Top notch customer service!

Shocking customer service proved proof of purchase transaction and recipe fair enough they where out of warranty but will to pay to get them fix I knew the where out of warranty so I didnt ask to be fixed for free... Yet again they would rather u spend another 300 quid on a head set than fix a regular customer from my very 1st x1 totally disgusted

Bought 3 Turtle Beach (expensive) gaming headsets now. They never last longer than 6 months. Impossible/Evasive customer support/Spare parts. Never again!

Appalling customer service, it takes a week to get a reply, then you respond only to have to wait another week for another reply. You cannot reach anyone by phone. I have had 2 faulty items from this company and would never use them again.

The product I bought (a Stealth 450) just broke due to what I think is poor quality. The plastic snap of the headset just got old really quick eventhough it did not lay in the sun. It was always kept in an container. These guys from their service department can't (or do not want to) help. They say my guarantee ran out. Definitely no buying recommendation! These guys waste ressources and money.
