Excellent quality food, it's worth the wait for their freshly made burgers which you can see them making while queuing. The burger was delicious and the chips were crisp and pure heaven. This restaurant is geared towards take-out so can get super busy with people waiting to collect, and limited seating. However, that is ultimately the business model for this sort of place (making food to-go). If you don't mind a bit of noise and limited space, then eating-in was fine for us. We went in for the food quality, at 1pm on a Saturday, which exceeded our expectations.

Went on a week day evening and was pleased to see no queue.Made our food within 10 mins and had a friendly smile throughout.Normal pricing for such well made burgers and fries.Toilets were a little messy but nothing the staff couldn't have sorted.

First time at a five guys.....absolutely cannot fault it, burger was definitely one of the best ones I've had, cooked beautifully and flavourful, chips were plentiful, more than enough for two even on a medium portion and the milkshakes are the best I've had, the new pistachio one is outstanding. Great to see a new chain come to Lincoln and not be a let down, staff friendly and polite with quick service to say its cooked fresh. Even the free peanuts are really good. Can't wait to come back

Don’t think I’ll be trying this place again ordered food and my burger was pretty much undercooked the whole way through, chips yeah they tasted good but were cold and some of the staff were rude

This was my first time trying Five Guys. I heard great things but unfortunately I was disappointed. The little cajun fries were far too over seasoned and quite dry. On a positive note, there were loads for a small portion, however, they were so salty I had to leave them. If they were lighter on the seasoning they might have been worth £3.95.The burger tasted OK but the fillings (all the way) made the bun so wet it disintegrated. A total mess. It wasn’t worth £8.95. I know it's fast food but I'd expect something much better quality for that price.The service was fine, although a little slow. Which was surprising considering how many members of staff there were. The atmosphere was as you'd expect.Overall, it wasn't worth anywhere near £12. Maybe £8 at a push. Restaurant prices for fast food quality. I don’t think I'll be returning.
