Replaced a bay window roof for me, leaked in heavy rain about 3 months after. Fobbed me off, obviously couldn't care less. I had to get another roofer to fix it which cost me £60. Clearly they don't guarantee their work?

Excellent service received from Wayne and his team. Always arrive on time when they say they will be there. Fully explain issues with pictures/videos if needed and, where possible, give us a few options on repairs.I have used Wayne on a number of our properties so can always rely on him when a roofing/guttering issue arises.5 Star!

Phoned me back after I left a message. Came to look at the job when he said he would (really responsive). Explained what he would do. Booked a slot to return. Turned up on time. Discovered additional work that was needed; showed me photos of damaged slates. Agreed a good price. Completed the work as per quote. Really pleasant guy. No problem in recommending Wayne.

Had an urgent leak on my lean-to roof. Wayne and his team came out the same morning, diagnosed the problem (broken tiles) and fixed it the same day for a reasonable cost. Pleased to say no more leaks - Additionally, Wayne's knowledge and expertise really comes across and he's given me some good advise about the Cowboys that originally did my roof. Thanks so much!

Very pleasant to talk to. Came to repair the roof and look at why there was damp in the house. Finished roof repair and causes of damp and even did an additional job that wasn't on the list. Very pleased.
