Modern, clean and tidy. Good sound system and large TV for photo shows. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

At such a difficult time it is heartwarming say goodbye to friends and family at such a beautiful place. The main building has a glass wall looking out onto a peaceful we designed landscape with shallow water features. The staff too are always respectful and caring. Plenty of parking.

My Estranged father passed away just before my wedding & honeymoon, unfortunately due to other commitments we were not able to arrange a mid week collection the only time they are open. We then got emails telling us if we did not collect the ashes (which is a small box we would get a storage charge) Not only have we had to contend with the mess my estranged father left us to sort out we then get a charge has this company not made enough already just proves its all about the money !!!

After finally deciding to scatter my Dad's ashes I was uncertain how to do this but from the first telephone call to the final scattering this lovely team were amazing, so kind, thoughtful and caring. Thank you all , my lovely Dad has a beautiful resting place x

My mothers funeral was here on 13th april, and my daughters funeral is due to be here next week. My daughter was 25, both my mum and daughter very sadly very suddenly passed within 33 days of each other, I'm absolutely heartbroken, x

Quite simply the best crematorium in the South East...From the well maintained grounds, ample car parking, warm waiting area and spotless WC's to the main hall with full height glazed walls that flood the room with natural light that dances the reflection from the water pool into the room.And most importanly, the staff are so friendly. personable and attentive.

We visit this crematorium every month to carry out our work and it is always a pleasure seeing lisa and her amazing team and the grounds have an delightful relaxing atmosphere. The team always welcome us with a hot coffee/tea and a smile.
