Mike does what he says he'll do. He retro fitted a traditional shower valve and a downstairs toilet, dealing with wonky Victorian walls and other obstacles along the way. I like his logical approach and how he communicated things with us. Would use again.

Very happy - made quick work of replacing a kitchen tap that was in a bit of an awkward spot and gave us some very helpful advice for a noisy shower pump. A fair price and we would highly recommend!
