Saks Hair Ripon

First visit to this salon. Lee is lovely and a really good stylist. I have short hair and was a bit nervous trying someone new. Love my hair. Friendly team, would go again.

First time at Saks. Normally have short hair and as previous review get nervous having new stylist. Also never had a colour before other than home colour'sLee was excellent professional and fun. I never like going to the hairdresser's but certainly will be returning to Saks. I came out feeling 30 years younger. Thank you Leeat Saks

I don’t have a Google account so using my husbands.We have only recently moved to the area and my hair needed cutting so I chose to visit Saks in Ripon.Initial impression when walking into the salon were, it was clean, well presented and the greeting by Lee was so friendly, it was as though I had been using this hairdressers for years, it was my first time of walking through the door.Lee has had years to hone his skills and the whole experience was excellent with discussions as to what I would like doing and what he hoped would be of benefit for my hair before he came anywhere near me with a pair of scissors!!!I would highly recommend Lee and will certainly go back to him when my hair needs cutting again with care and attention.Thanks Lee, Angela.

Had my hair done today by apprentice Tom overseen by Lee the owner. Very pleased and happy with the result .already booked my next appointment with Tom.

Absolutly love visiting the team at Saks Ripon, always made to feel very welcome and always receive a top notch service.Lee the manager is lovely and friendly and Sam, the stylist I have, always listens and delivers exactly what I require.As for the trainee staff, they are hard working and professional, they could not be better and have great role models such as Lee and Sam.

I first met Lee after lock down when my hair was far from its best and he managed to tame my difficult and unruly hair. Ive been going every 4 weeks since and will continue to do so. Great understanding of how hair 'behaves' and even better cutting skills. Highly recommended for people with short hair.

Until 18 months ago I had never had my hair cut professionally and after a 5 months stay in hospital I needed help and confidence to take this step at 83 years old!Lee, the manager of Saks, was exceptionally kind and understanding, very professional and excellent at his job in transferring my unruly long mob into a lovely bob. I can highly recommend him and his lovely and cheerful staff.

My first time at this salon and it was a lovely experience. The staff were all very friendly and professional and my stylist, Lee, was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable about cutting curly hair, and did a great job of the cut. They even went and put more money in the car parking meter for me when it looked like I would go over my parking time! Extremely happy that I've found this salon, and I'll continue to go here even though we're about to move house to 40 minutes away.
