Alvaston Nature Trail

Having two dogs I like to find different places to walk them & took them to this trail today for the first time. Not very large area but large enough when in cooperated into our walk. Very clean, good paths, I bet its lovely in Summer. I think its great to know this is within walking distance & great for the local nature .

Has potential but not yet properly established, only a couple of years old from a bit of scrap land.

A little bit of land with saplings, bushes and a central wet area, shame there isn't any water visible. Some new staging has been built overlooking the wet area, good paths making a small circular walk.You can enter from Green Lane or Raynesway. Shame that it is blighted by rubbish not sure who looks after it.
