Worst night club. No one mentioned anything about reservations but charged us entry fee to enter only to find all tables reserved.We ordered for drinks and were given a watered down version of the drink that tasted more like water than anything tangible.Never going again

Hi, we have booked a table for 8 people and it was the biggest joke I have experienced in Edinburgh.First of all the queue for a booked table was longer than normal queue and it taking them ages to prepare the tables. We have got the table in VIP area in the corner where staff was passing trough and someone has to always stand up to let them pass. VIP room was full of bouncers friends with No Bands on their hands. We had to wait outside VIP room in the queue to get to our table. When we finally Did our table was full of random people who were refusing to move out and were trying to abuse us when we were trying to seat down. Table was used by other people to ditch empty glasses and they were drinking our juice. Offered CIROC Vodka was a BELVEDER Vodka. When we asked about it they said it has Finished. Basically we got nothing What we paid for.DONT BOOK TABLES IN THIS CLUB!It will bring You nothing more than dissapointment.

The best nightclub experience I’ve had in Edinburgh, the red room with R&B music as well as the main room with pop etc means there is something for everyone. The staff are always so friendly, especially the manager who is really helpful whenever you need anything :)

Its giving hive vibes more than gorge street venue. Bouncers were violent seems like they be getting drunk on power mistreating customers as their behaviour is unexplainable otherwise. Big waste of money. We paid for a vip table and were denied acces several times as they were severly overbooked. Bartenders were lovely however the rest of staff terribly unprofessional as you can see from the way they respond to their reviews. Bouncers particularly agressive with a „looking for trouble’ attitude and the „social media guy” needs his work ethics reviewed. He was recording a struggling drunk girl outside their venue laughing at her. Very unethical of him and imidiatelly made me feel unsafe. Yes people will attend your venue to drink alcohol, taking advatage of their voulnerability is a breach of trust and shows lack of value your bussiness against customers. Will never go there again and recomend others the same. We went there on Friday.

Sick club to be fair! Decent music and staff at the bar and the security team were friendly! When asking locals about Shanghai, most advised it was the better club to go too!

Such a great night at Shanghai on Saturday for my birthday. Staff couldn’t have done enough for me and my friends, atmosphere was unreal. Will be going back again this weekend!

Staff and Djs were nice. However, there is one security, Ousmane, needs to focus on his job and not on hara sing the women. Very rude and inappropriate, spoiled the whole evening, proceeded to say all w hite women are trash when his advances were rejected, how horrible. Should not be working in a busy club full of them

Was one of the worst clubbing experience I ever had.The club was poorly organised, overcrowded and dirty.We had to wait in the queue at the entrance and we've paid for qjump, people at the other line without booked table were getting before us.We paid for a booth in the VIP room, which wasn't a booth at all. Just 3 small tables with small pouffe stools. I paid for 1.75l of Ciroc and we got Belvedere instead without any explanation or heads up. The bouncer was letting random people without passes to VIP room. It was overcrowded, to the point that it was impossible to pass through. Our table was next to exit door and crew members were going back and forth with dirty cups and buckets, sometimes over our heads because there was no room for them to do it otherwise. On the top of that, tables were so close to each other that it made it even more difficult. Random people were constantly seating on our table and drinking our drinks, we've spent half of the night just arguing with them.The VIP was do overcrowded that we had to wait in the queue just to get back upstairs even tho we had passes which is a joke.One of my friends was pushed by a bouncer when we was trying to get back to the club. And there was no clear reason why he wouldn't let him back inside.The plastic cups weren't cleaned properly and we had to keep asking to replace them with clean ones.The restroom was dirty and full of empty cups and it seemed noone was cleaning them through out the night.The only good thing was the staff, friendly and helpful and the music was enjoyable.Not worth the money, we were extremely disappointed and will not book ever again.
