Best apartments in blackpool!! Modern, clean and spacious. Denise, the owner of the apartments was such a wonderful host, she made us and the children feel so welcome and they adored her. Thank you so much for having us, we thoroughly enjoyed it and will definitely be visiting again. Would highly recommend staying here to everyone visiting blackpool, great value for money.

Best place in blackpool. Great location. Immaculately clean. We stayed there for our sons birthday and owner Denise went above and beyond. This exceeded any of our expectations and we are so grateful to Denise for going the extra mile and making us feel like we were at a home from home. She clearly has a great reputation and has built strong relationships with many retuning customers and now we can be added to that list, we will definitely go back. What a wonderful experience. Thank you so much.

Walked in on Friday and my face instantly lit up. The apartment is gorgeous (I stayed in no.4) modern, stylish, everything you need for your stay. So cosy it almost felt like home! Would be perfect for couples or even families!! Just absolutely brilliant. Everything clean and tidy and Denise always more than accommodating and kind to make sure you have everything you’ll need!

Just home from our stay in blackpool at berkswell apartments, cannot thank denise enough, the apartment was perfect for our family of 5 (3 kids aged 10,7,3) spotlessly clean and spacious. Denise herself couldn’t have been any nicer and helpful, kids tool to her from the word go, really made us feel so welcome. The apartment is in the most perfect location as you are literally a 2 minute walk to water park and many other places. Will definitely be returning to both Blackpool and berkswell apartments.

Fantastic hosts. Couldn't do enough for us and made us thoroughly welcome.breakfast was great lovely little bar clean and tidy rooms. Will definitely be going back. If you need accommodation near the pleasure beach this is the place thankyou you made our weekend special!
