Flip Out Croydon

Didn't know that I couldn't flip at flip out, I've never been before and we booked a family day for my nephew's birthday, he was only 2 and we were very disappointed to find that there are no trampolining facilities here so it's just like a rip-off arcade with loads of added extras that you still have to pay for but there no actual FLIPPING at this particular FLIP OUT. I was very disappointed.The most fun the children had was pushing each others pushchair to get out.

This place concerns me. As much as the kids love it, it has no safeguarding. Any child can simply walk out and anyone could grab a child. You have to watch your child constantly 100% literally never take your eye off them for 1 second. There are far better places to go for kids, and are less stressful for parents.Needs re-designing, having an open door with the reception after the arcade games? Main play area and seating area is out of sight of the arcade and main door!A children's play area should be exactly that, a safe space for kids. This is not that. Needs cleaning and maintaining too.

Thanks for a great evening out at Flip Out for our school trip tonight. The boys really enjoyed themselves. Great music, upbeat Christmas Carol's were a great soundtrack. Staff were friendly, attentive and answered any questions competently including Joell, Tianna-M, Kelleyce and especially their colleague who supervised the laser tag and operated the spinning bar bouncy castle thing!

Took my kids during the half term, staff was friendly welcoming and efficient. Lots of activities to keep the kids entertained. Chloe was especially helpful and showed good customer service. Great team , well done guys

Fun for all ages, some of the activities advertised no longer exist. Laser quest was hilarious. You pay to use the lockers. Seems the place to go to hold children's birthday party's

Went to flip out with my 3 kids tonight for their spooky Halloween party my kids had a fantastic time some off the staff looked amazing i would like to also mention that the member of staff chloe that was playing the party games with the kids she was fantastic even though the music broke down, she found away to carry on so not to let down all the excited kids. She is a credit to the company. All in all, we had a great time.

Took my kids to the Halloween event yesterday. Kids had a great time but the night could easily have been a disaster had it not been for a particular member of staff, Chloe. Due to technical difficulties during the party games she had to think on her feet in order to keep the party going. She did an amazing job and we can't thank her enough. Thank you so much

Great for the kids.My granddaughter's 7th birthday party was held here, and the kids had a blast.I must say that the young adults behind the counter are really lovely, helpful, patient, friendly, well-mannered, polite, and nothing is too much to ask them.There are different rooms with different themes that you can hire to do your children's party, and food and bottomless slashes are included.My granddaughter had the Ice Room

What a wonderful venue for my 6 year old to celebrate her birthday. Out party host Jayda was very attentive and understanding and made my daughter feel very special. Great value for money in terms of what you receive per child for a party. Well done flip out and Jayda.
