The office at this organisation have a very good telephone manner; however, I in truth I would expect nothing less. I think what is more telling about this organisation is, when, without much warning I picked up product from site last week. I was warmly welcomed directly by stores personnel and, without me feeling hurried, both stores and the office ensured I was quickly loaded and on my way. Whilst I was being looked after I was slightly nosey and poked my head into the factory and was very impressed at what a clean and tidy working environment it presented.
