They have just left my home, and they completed the following very well.Large front room and office cream carpet, stairs&landing, 3 bedrooms.No faults to state, some of the stains he got out were bad too.Thank you for the clean, see you again.

Please under no circumstances is this company.They have refused to issue a receipt for a job I paid cash for.They have not cleaned the carpets properly when I questioned this They then sent a unpleasant responses firstly blaming the age of the carpet and that they couldn't use something or other because they were wool. then they moved onto blaming the decorator.I have issued at the small claims court as I don't believe that cowboys like this should be allowed to steal from people.This job (living room, kitchen stairs, landing and bedroom took them less that 40 mins, there was no mention that they might not be able to clean the carpets adequately. I am really shocked and upset at the unprofessional service and attitude of Steve I feel like they have taken my money and not provided a service. Don't use under any circumstances.
