I am in the process of buying a house and have approached numerous agents to ask for help in finding the right property. All have just informed me to go online and sign up even though I have asked if they could take details on what I am actually looking for. Basically a - ‘do it yourself’ attitude… I wouldn’t mind but the properties I get sent by email don’t match my requirements even number of bedrooms / price etc.Jordan at Kirn Estates is the first person that has actually taken time to listen to my needs and wants and spent a lot of time on the phone with me. He sends me realistic properties that i am interested in. Though I have not found my property yet, it was incredibly refreshing to speak to someone who actually cares about you and listens to what you want which led me to write this review. Thank you Jordan - it’s so nice to speak to a human being instead of being just another number.

I cannot recommend Kirn Estates highly enough!! Great service from viewing a property to moving in, communication from Sue has been invaluable throughout the process with regular updates and support. Thanks also to Jordan for arranging the viewing and to Sue for accommodating a late appointment. Very impressed with the personal service I have had compared to my previous agent.

Initially we needed a miracle from Kirns Estates and up stepped Jordan. I set him a near impossible task to complete, which was getting our house listed and have a number of offers within the week, which met the house valuation....which we got in abundance, in fairness, I would say he made it look easy!l (and yep....that's when interest rates were practically rising monthly, just to add to the challenge)!Secondly Jordan was there on the phone at every occasion, if he wasn't free then he would pass me on to one of his helpful team, normally this was Kirsty. Between the two of them, everything that we required or every obstacle that got in our way, they would not only give us the best advice, but they would often go out of their way to help us. Although we have not yet completed, we have exchanged and the relief from that was incredible, I can honestly say though, without the expertise and support from the team at Kirns throughout this whole process, things could have been very different. A great service from a fantastic team, thank you.
