Not helpful at all. If you want any medical equipment they do not know how to search it in their product catalogues. The customer care guy was not helpful at all.

They take your money, before dispatch contacted them to explain I had ordered the wrong items (to.make it worse I do not even have the items which were ordered over a week ago). I have sent 3 emails asking for a refund all of which have been ignored. I am now having to open up a dispute with my bank to get my money back.Please save yourselves and do not order from this company. Wish I had seen the reviews before ordering.

I placed an order and was told via live chat it was in stock and would take 3-4 days to arrive.After 6 days I telephoned to chase the order up and was told they had no record of me ordering (even though I had a confirmation of payment email with order number and customer number) I then emailed head office to get my money back.They said they could not fulfill the order and had emailed me previously to tell me this (i had no such e mail) I am now having to shop around to get urgent supplies on next day delivery. I Will not be ordering from this company again.

Ordered Chattanooga Ultrasound Machine. Received no confirmation of the purchase. Nothing via email or sms. Double checked and triple checked all the email addresses, phone numbers, messages and spam folders we added to the account, 2 days later, still nothing. It was then I decided to ring. 1st of all I was not able to see any account information when I logged in on my mobile, so I just called to quickly check if the purchase went though, so all I had was the product number - The person who answered said they haven’t sold any item like the one I gave the product number for this week (mind you, the site said they only had 1 available when we made the purchase). So I proceeded to check the payment have left the card we used and then I logged in on my ipad, where I was able to see the full order number and details. I then rang back the Sales Team. The same guy answered and informed me that they sent an automated email to confirm the purchase and again to confirm that the Item will be delivered today between such time and 5pm via UPS. I said, Sir - I have not received anything at all, nada - not an email or text. I was just about to contact the Card company and flag it as fraudulent if I hadn’t ring you. He then proceeded to tell me about all the customers that have received the automated messages sent and that its not their fault if the details inputted in the order regarding my email address and telephone number is incorrect. I said, Sir - I told you nothing is wrong or incorrect where the contact details we added are concerned. However, you should be thinking that perhaps something is off with your ‘automated’ message service. Very unprofessional and have no understanding of customer services - Here, all the guy had to say was, sorry about that, I can see that you did make a purchase and your order is on its way, I will resend that delivery confirmation for you now - Nope; that was too hard - he wanted to pass the blame and avoid all responsibility. I have not received my item as yet, as its still within the delivery time he gave me, I have 3 more hours or so to see what happens. Nonetheless, I hope never to have to ring then again. And I surely will not be purchasing anything from this company again. Very bad experience so far.

Great to work with. They are accommodating. We (in Canada) ordered equipment to be shipped to the Philippines. They were very patient with us and all the requirements of the Philippine Customs Office. We are very happy with all our orders.
