I have worked for Caring Bird for just short of 2 years and have found it an easy transition from care home work. I have worked my way up in the team during my employment and have found both the owners very friendly and approachable.

Great service. Staff are polite and caring. The staff from the company went above and beyond to sort my mum’s care out. Made everything easy for me. Would highly recommend.

Caring Bird Consultancy Ltd
Terrible consultancy experience. I found Daphney Foster, the nominated individual with CQC, severely lacking in knowledge or management or people skills to save Priory Paddocks nursing home from going into liquidation. The home had been in trouble and in my opinion the consultancy was woefully inadequate to make any meaningful improvements, despite several months making significant decisions.I have edited my original review after threats of reporting me to the Nursing and Midwifery Council and legal action from Daphney Foster, on behalf of Caring Bird Consultancy Ltd. I was also reported to the police for 'harassment ', though no charges have been brought as leaving negative reviews is not a criminal offence. Therefore I have amended my review to be specific and detailed, to prevent further such actions. I will, however, not be intimidated into removing it.
