Once held in high regard but unfortunately feel that they escalated a simple repair by misdiagnosis of an oil leak. After two repairs they then said the leak was from where should have been fixed first. Wasted hundreds in my opinion to only get same result,- condemned car""

When we broke down in our RR Evoque, the RAC man led us here at about 1.00pm for repair. We had a 3 hour drive ahead of us and needed to be back that evening for visitors arriving from the USA! Even though they were booked up for the next week and were turning people away (heard them on the phone) , they really went the extra mile and, after a problematic repair involving ringing round for spare parts, got us on the road so that we were home in time for our visitors.! Other places may have told us it would be tomorrow/ next week. So grateful for the help at a very fraught time. You deserve to do well. Couldn't ask for better serviceWill come to you in future if in Weymouth, Rose and Chris.
