Excellent care and attention. Listened to what I wanted and advised the best options. Once I'd decided was told I could get the same bike but last years'" colour and would be cheaper.Knew the ins and outs of the Cycle to Work Scheme I was using.Maintained contact throughout.Both the people I dealt with (sorry forgot names but one from SA and a young English lad) really knew their stuff and greeted me on entering the shop.Definitely recommend"

Incredible store. Honest advice and speedy good value servicing. Loved the fact they were watching Armstrong win his 3rd TDF on the shop TV with wry smiles on their faces.

Helpful & friendly when I needed my tubeless set-up sorted, & done promptly at a decent price. Enjoyed chatting bike stuff too.Also sorted my son’s hardtail issue while we waited despite the bike being covered in mud! Many thanks.

Shimano crank recall.Called these guys as they are on the Shimano website, but they new nothing about it. They did come back though to say they could do the check but only if the cranks had come from them originally. They had not though, so no use.If you need this service go to Pedal On, Tadley. They were completely on it and dealt very promptly with the task, I must say.Otherwise in my experience the Velo workshop is good.

giving one star because zero isn't an option. Try not to use Hoops as every time I have I have had a bad experience and they truly lived down to my expectations in this instance. dropped the bike in on Friday for a service, was told I should book in for the Platinum service and if it didn't need the full service I would be charged less. Got a call saying didn't have all the parts they needed so it would not be back until Monday. I called on Monday to see if it was ready but they were closed (bank holiday). left a message and again on Tuesday but no response. Got a call on Thursday saying the part needed still haven't arrived and they were unsure when it would arrive. Blamed supplier and general parts shortage. Called again on Friday saying they didn't know when the part would arrive and I asked what they were doing to source the part form another supplier, they weren't. Miraculously 2 hours later my bike was ready. When I picked it up received no senior member of staff bothered to explain or apologise. The part in question that was so difficult to obtain was a Shimano chain that I found on Halfords, Wiggle and Chain Reaction available for next day delivery at roughly half the price Hoops charged. I checked the other parts and constantly found that I was charged double for the parts used.

Great service from knowledgeable, courteous staff who focus on my requirements and, it seems, not any sales incentives. I have recommended this business to friends and members of my family.

Our Tern cargo bike got a puncture (a particularly deep pothole), leaving us stranded in deepest, darkest South Farnham. Of course it was the rear tyre (bike has a carbon belt drive, so a lot more complicated to remove and replace) and I honestly had no idea how we were going to get it home.My wife got in touch with Bradley and the team at Hoops Farnham and, next thing, Oscar turned up on his bike to rescue me (and, more importantly, get enough air into the inner tube to nurse the bike back to their shop).Less than two days later we're back up and running (would have been sooner but the Tern uses a specific rear tyre that had to be special ordered) for an incredibly reasonable cost.Bradley and Oscar are some of the nicest people you're going to meet. They know a lot about bikes too.Thank you so much from the entire family for getting our beloved bike back up and running (and saving us from walking or - even worse - driving!) the school run.
