Dr Punoose should look for another profession, very arrogant and no time to listen. Been with the surgery since 2008 and have seen it going from bad to worse. Brilliant reception and nursing staff who knows their patients better

Dr punoose is awful, she has no time or patience. She shouldn’t be a doctor. However great reception staff, always friendly and very accommodating. Just a shame about the doctors. If you have babies take them somewhere else.

Staff and services are both good, it's a small place, just problem of parking, somehow they helping us, a lot display for information

Will not have Dr Panoose any where near me or my family she is shocking. The other doctors are good. Also Debbie is brilliant I hate having my blood taken but she puts me completely at ease, wouldn't want anyone else to do mine.

The treatment my family get in the medical centre is excellent. Lovely and welcoming staffs. They don’t waste your time at all. Always on point.

Called them bang on 8am, they hung up numerous times. When I eventually got though it was 8:20. I asked to book an appointment and they said they didn’t have any morning appointments, so I asked for an afternoon one. They refused to give me an appointment time and instead told me to upload a photo to a link and wait for a call back. They didn’t send me a link I had to call up AGAIN. I only have tonsillitis, you don’t need to be a rocket scientist to diagnose me. I just want to know what I need to get from the chemist. Maybe because I’m a POC they feel as if I don’t need urgent help but I haven’t eaten for 3 days because of this. I’m a single mother, weak and I need help!!!!!

All of the nurses are angels who will go out of their way to help u. The doctors are standard nowadays unfortunately and add a disabled person they are not often willing to offer support with basic accessibility issues. Might be ok if u have the occasional regular problem but wouldn't recommend if u rely on long term consistent sorry for anything. unfortunately

Dr punoose is literally the worst doctor i have ever had the displeasure of knowing, she seem disinterested in her job and she doesn't even try getting to know the patients. I have a list as long as my arm where she has proven herself to be the least trustworthy gp in that surgery. I have asked not to deal with her anymore, however she owns the surgery apparently so nothing ever comes of all the complaints. I think she will lead to the death of someone personally, if she has not already. I took a stroke over a year ago, but beforehand, i asked dr punoose to check out why my vision was going blurry. She asked for a photograph of what i could see... i will just leave it there.

I've only been with this medical centre three years and the service and staff have gone from bad to worse . The main problem is the prescription service time and time again they have done my monthly prescription wrong all medication I need. This last episode today the 4th of August 2023 is unbelievable I went to collect my monthly prescription and there was only one item at the Chemist when I asked where the rest was I was told they are not signed off yet as no pharmacist was in I said that's not my problem the reply was it isnt mine either. So I said your going to leave me all weekend without medication. There's nothing I can do, so why have I only got one item of my monthly prescription the response was I dont know it's not my fault, you are the representative of the medical centre I speak to dont speak to me like that. Hopefully my Chemist( doesn't open weekends )will loan me the important meds I need. Why do the staff think I've no right to question there service. One item out of ten

Pauline the receptionist is brilliant, i feel like she keeps that place running, you know the difference when she is not on duty as things don't seem to run as smoothly. She is so good at her job. When you need something sorting she will do it there and then no messing about waiting days for things to happen. Also Dr Skeet is a brilliant doctor, he really cares about his patients and always makes you feel so comfortable, Dr Skeet and pauline are an asset to the team.
