I was cleaning for Sam for 3 mths I loved my job but had to leave due to family issues,I'm still owed a mths wage which I'm having to go down other routes to try and claim back but have tried to Contact Sam on all social media and no reply and have been blocked this is very unprofessional and has left me in rent arrears due to loss of wage

I had been using this company for over a year and though over the last few months I was let down for a couple of times, the explanation seemed plausible. A week ago I returned home to find my flat had not been cleaned so I sent a text to Sam but received no reply. I have tried calling several times and the phone just goes to answerphone. It is now a week and I still have not heard. I had paid in advance for the clean and on top of that of course they have my keys. I appreciate problems both of a personal and business nature can occur but I am perplexed as to the lack of any contact. The most worrying aspect is that a set of keys to my flat is out there and I have no idea where. Proceed with caution.
